My Passion
At Anchor Mobility LLC, my passion has always been helping people stay active, independent, and confident through every stage of life.
After graduating from the University of Louisville with a degree in Exercise Science, where I also competed in Track & Field and Cross Country, I knew I wanted to build a career centered around health, movement, and helping others improve their quality of life.
My husband and I moved to Bluffton so I could pursue my passion for working with older individuals at Memory Matters. During that time, I saw firsthand how important strength, balance, mobility, and human connection are when it comes to maintaining independence and confidence as we age.
Since then, I’ve continued growing my experience in health and wellness leadership, including serving as a Fitness Director at a country club in Georgia before returning to the Lowcountry, where I now work full-time as a Sports and Wellness Director at a private club.
I am certified in personal training, but more importantly, I genuinely love helping older adults move better, feel stronger, and continue doing the things they love most.
We started Anchor Mobility because we wanted to create something more personal — a service that brings professional guidance, encouragement, and support directly into the comfort of your home. Our goal is to help clients feel safe, capable, and confident in their everyday lives while building real relationships along the way.
Whether you are looking to improve balance, strength, mobility, or simply maintain your independence, I would be honored to be part of your journey.
